Guinness World Record Registration

Once you submit your application form, feedback on approval or rejection can take up to 12 weeks. Although the fees are quite high, paying for a fast-track process is an option. If you plan to participate, applying at least three months in advance is advisable. I had chosen June as the month to attempt my Guinness World Record, so there was plenty of time remaining.

Physical and Mental Strength

For the first two months of the project, my focus was entirely on getting physically and mentally fit. I needed to achieve physical fitness where my legs and knees could support my weight for more than 24 hours. In those first two months, I managed to build my progress and could stand for three hours without struggle.

Campaign Briefing and Development

To drive collective action, I focused on involving my community. I briefed myself and began developing ideas and a strategic approach to maximize awareness of the initiative. I created a proposal and prepared an execution timeline, which I followed weekly. This month, I also received my application approval, which meant I needed to start running to improve my health further. By this time, I could stand for 11 hours and 36 minutes.

Final Preparation and pre-hype

To spark collective action, we must first find that one cause that resonates with all of us. My approach? Making information accessible through engaging media. I’m tapping into the power of social media and grassroots platforms to educate and ignite passion among those who cherish our planet. But to bring this vision to life, I need to raise funds to create materials that will capture hearts and minds: 400 flyers, 50 branded T-shirts, a roll-up banner, a timer and a stand.

The Event Day

Those who know me well often say that ‘impact’ and ‘disruption’ could very well be my middle names. However, behind the scenes, I wrestle with fear and self-doubt. The real battle is within the mind, and the path to victory begins when you take control of your thoughts and convince yourself that anything is possible—then pursue it with everything you’ve got!
If this is your first encounter with me and my unconventional approach, I welcome you with open arms. Support my initiative, and together, let’s explore the incredible achievements that dreaming big and relentless determination can bring to our planet—and each of us as individuals.

A step Beyond

Unleash Your Passion for Sustainability in Society, the Environment, and the Economy

In today’s world, where information is instantly accessible, it’s easy to overlook the value of deep diving into books or spending hours in a library. While convenient, this approach often causes us to miss essential life skills, wisdom, knowledge, and even life hacks hidden within old manuscripts. The best way to begin pursuing your passion, whatever it may be, is by reading extensively about it.
If you’re interested in sustainability, consider starting with an excellent introductory course on Coursera. This two-month course offers a comprehensive overview, making it an ideal first step before committing to more extensive studies like a degree or master’s program. Below are some recommended courses to help you advance and unleash your passion for sustainability.
